About the position

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of accounting professionals? We are seeking an experienced Accounting Lecturer to join a dynamic higher education institution in Polokwane.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Honours Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Management, or a related Commerce field
• Minimum of 2 years' lecturing experience in higher education
• The following modules must appear on your academic transcript:
• Auditing and Assurance 622 & 732
• Financial Management & Managerial Accounting 622 & 732
• Taxation 732
• Project Management 632
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for student development and academic excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate learning
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic material
• Assess and provide constructive feedback to students
• Support student success through consultation and academic guidance
• Participate in academic administration and quality assurance activities
