In this role, you'll: The ideal candidate will have: ?? Working Hours:
?? Lead and support a team of Collections Agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
?? Monitor performance through KPIs (kept rate, PTP, recovery rate, QC scores)
?? Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development plans
?? Ensure compliance with POPIA, DebiCheck, and call quality standards
?? Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance recovery strategies
?? Handle escalated queries and deliver excellent customer resolution
? 3-5 years of experience in debt collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
? Proven success in microlending or financial services
? Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
? Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in collections
? Proficiency in Excel and call centre reporting tools
? A target-driven mindset and the ability to lead under pressure
Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (rotational)
Sat: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (rotational)
