About the position

NetOps Africa | Remote

NetOps Africa is looking for a confident, experienced Cold Calling SDR to join our team and drive outbound lead generation for IT services targeting U.S.-based businesses.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume cold calling environment, knows how to spark meaningful conversations, and has a strong track record of booking qualified appointments with decision-makers. Experience working with SaaS companies or IT support providers (Managed Service Providers - MSPs) is a big plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients
• Booking meetings with qualified leads for sales team
• Engaging with decision-makers in a professional and confident manner
• Maintaining detailed records in CRM

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent, clear English - essential for engaging U.S. businesses
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
• Previous work with MSPs or SaaS companies is highly desirable
• Driven, resilient, and comfortable with outbound sales activity
