About the position
We are recruiting a Coffee Specialist to join the Centurion-based head office of a leading company in the coffee industry.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Driver's license
Own transport to and from office
1+ year experience in the coffee industry (sales/training) with strong specialty coffee knowledge
Overview of position
The core task is the acquisition and retention of current and new customers to the business in the field of coffee.
Following a structured call cycle based on the set-out geographical area.
Deliver on site operational training as and when required.
Activate and implement new accounts and roll out plans for outlets.
Assist in generation of new customer leads by identifying and proposing services.
Complete prospecting and closing of sales processes - contact, needs analysis, customer specific proposal of beverage solution, operational implementation and closing of deal.
Be present on the day at new customer openings/installation
Salary Bracket
R14 000 to R18 000 per month basic, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current / previous package
