About the position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Process Architect to lead the design, governance, and optimisation of enterprise-wide process architecture while enabling Process Mining capabilities across a large and complex organisation.
This is a strategic role for a highly skilled professional who combines strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and technical process architecture expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a single source of truth for enterprise processes and ensuring end-to-end traceability between business processes, systems, applications, data, risks, and controls. Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Process Architecture
- Define, design, maintain, and evolve the enterprise process architecture framework across Process Levels 0-5.
- Develop and govern enterprise value chains, operating models, process hierarchies, and architecture standards.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, modelling standards, and best practices.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy, customer journeys, business capabilities, and operating models.
- Create and maintain a single source of truth for all enterprise process assets within ARIS.
- Define process ownership, accountability, and governance structures across the organization.
- Ensure consistency, integrity, and traceability across all process levels.
Process Mining & Business Process Intelligence
- Support and enable enterprise Process Mining initiatives.
- Map end-to-end business processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships between processes, applications, systems, integrations, and data sources.
- Identify critical event logs, data structures, and system touchpoints required for Process Mining.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability between processes, controls, risks, systems, and process mining insights.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Architecture, and Process Engineering teams to drive process intelligence and operational excellence.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Process Mining solutions such as ARIS Process Mining, Celonis, or equivalent platforms.
Stakeholder Management & Capability Development
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Facilitate process architecture review boards, governance forums, and stakeholder workshops.
- Provide coaching and mentoring on BPMN standards, ARIS methodologies, and process architecture best practices.
- Drive adoption of process architecture and process mining capabilities throughout the organization.
- Translate technical process insights into meaningful business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- BPM, Business Process Management, Process Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture certification preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt advantageous.
- TOGAF certification advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Minimum 5 years' experience designing and governing Enterprise Process Architectures.
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience using ARIS.
- Proven experience establishing process architecture frameworks, governance models, and enterprise standards.
- Strong experience mapping end-to-end business processes and creating enterprise process repositories.
- Experience supporting or implementing Process Mining initiatives.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
