Job Description

• Read and easily interpret basic technical blueprints and 3D design models.

 

• Program CNC machines using modern CAD/CAM software like SolidWorks.

 

• Set up manufacturing machinery for precision steel cutting and drilling.

 

• Select the right cutting tools for processing galvanized steel materials.

 

• Run quick simulations to test your programs before production begins.

 

• Perform standard quality checks using standard precision measuring instruments.

 

• Do routine daily checks to keep factory CNC equipment running nicely.

 
What You Need to Apply

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent N6 qualification.

 

• Certified trade test as a skilled CNC Machinist or Toolmaker.

 

• Minimum of five years of experience programming multi-axis CNC machines.

 

• A good positive attitude, willingness to learn & being a team player.

 

• Solid understanding of standard G-code and M-code programming languages.

 

• Ability to work well with others to meet normal production deadlines.

 

• Good attention to detail to ensure excellent component quality.
