About the position
CNC Machine Shop Foreman required for a dynamic company based on the East Rand
As a CNC Machine Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the machine shop, managing a team of CNC machinists, ensuring quality control standards are met, and optimizing production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in CNC machining, and a keen eye for detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of CNC machinists
- Experience on Mastercam CAD CAM
- Operating, Setting and ISO programming knowledge of CNC machines (Fanuc controls)
- Monitor quality control standards
- Optimize production processes for efficiency
- Train new machinists on CNC operations
