My client based in Cape Town is currently looking for a CMS Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.
IT / Finance
Qualifications
- 3-4 years' experience in CMS operations within Ecommerce, Telecoms, or Gaming
- Sports betting industry experience is highly advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON/JavaScript
- Familiarity with Strapi CMS (or similar) is an advantage
- Experience with iOS content deployment workflows
Responsibilities
- Build and publish banners, promotional pages, landing pages, and event/market ordering
- Manage static content pages (e.g., Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Registration flow).
- Mirror and update content across all platforms for consistency.
- Test and validate content to ensure brand alignment and complian
- Configure Super Boosts and promotional offers
- Manage match ordering, event grouping, and formatting of fixtures for visibility.
- Manage game categorisation, display order, and new game releases for optimal engagement
- Implement push notifications in line with brand tone
- Support urgent campaign delivery when required (including outside core hours)
- Work with product and development teams on new templates and CMS improvements
- Highlight UX or functionality issues and support resolution
- Coordinate platform enhancements and pre-launch parity checks
- Update SEO elements such as titles, headers, and descriptions
- Support analytics tracking and conversion tag implementation
