About the position

Join CoActivate Group and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experience while driving sales of cloud-based solutions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • IT qualification or relevant technical background
  • At least 1 year's IT sales experience (cloud services)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Good understanding of cloud services / IT systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and assist customers effectively
  • Clear criminal record

Additional requirements

  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365
  • Completed Microsoft product and/or licensing training (advantageous)
  • Microsoft fundamentals certification (advantageous)

Duties

  • Promote and sell Microsoft licensing solutions (Microsoft 365)
  • Support SME customers with onboarding, renewals and upgrades
  • Provide clear, compliant Microsoft licensing guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
