Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Proven experience in implementing and supporting cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Acronis, Azure Backup)
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Knowledge of IT security best practices, including implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA), encryption, and compliance measures

Overview of Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting various cloud-based solutions and IT infrastructures. This role will involve working closely with clients to ensure the smooth deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cloud environments, security solutions, and IT systems.

Deploy, configure, and manage cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud platforms.
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for client cloud infrastructures.
Implement and manage backup solutions, disaster recovery processes, and cybersecurity tools (e.g., Acronis).
Conduct system security assessments, vulnerability testing, and implement necessary security solutions in line with client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of solutions, including system integrations, migrations, and upgrades.
Provide technical guidance and support during project implementations to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies.
Troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructures, networking, and security, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and security protocols to provide optimal solutions to clients.
Manage and support virtualized environments, storage solutions, and security monitoring.
Perform regular system audits and optimize client environments for performance and security.
Ensure proper documentation of technical processes, client configurations, and support resolutions.
Provide regular reports on tasks, project progress, system health, and any incidents or resolutions to management, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

Salary Bracket
R12 000 to R17 000 per month CTC, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current/previous salary
