Are you ready to shape the future of banking and financial services in Africa? A leading consulting services firm is looking for a visionary Senior Solutions Architect to join their Technology & Transformation team in Gauteng and lead large-scale, cutting-edge digital transformations.


About the Role:
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you’ll work at the forefront of financial services innovation, designing and implementing innovative propositions leveraging leading-edge platforms, architectural design patterns, and Fintech solutions. You’ll collaborate with Strategy, Engineering, AI & Data, and Delivery teams to turn ambitious ideas into real-world solutions.

What You’ll Do:


  • Lead complex enterprise architecture and solution engineering initiatives for top financial services clients
  • Drive cloud strategy, core banking modernisation, customer experience transformation, and enterprise integration
  • Shape and deliver large-scale technology and data transformation programs
  • Influence clients and lead high-performing technical teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, translating business strategy into innovative, scalable solutions


RequirementsWhat You Bring:


  • 7–10 years’ experience in planning, architecting, and implementing complex financial services modernisation initiatives
  • 3–5 years’ experience in client-facing advisory, delivery, or business development roles
  • Proven experience as a Lead Solution Architect at enterprise level
  • Deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, serverless architecture, and security-by-design principles
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
