Cloud Application-Test Manager (LM)

About the position

• Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status.


• Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system.


• Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams.


• Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for clients.


• Applying standards and specialist quality assurance expertise to deliver, whilst providing effective management to teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Capability as a Test Manager (minimum 5+ years).


• Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years).


• Resource planning and estimation.


• Owning & tracking the test plan and phases.


• Documenting and evidencing test findings and flows.


• Appreciates the need to plan and manage projects through the benefits they deliver.


• Experience working within the motor manufacturing industry.


• A background in testing of cloud based applications.
