Fashion Buying Department
How to research trends and select the right products
How to work with suppliers and place orders
How to manage budgets and plan seasonal collections
Planning Department
How to plan stock levels based on sales
How to track inventory and avoid overstock
How to support sales through smart product planning
Visual Merchandising Department
How to create eye-catching in-store displays
How to dress mannequins and style product areas
How to use color, themes, and layout to attract customers
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree in Fashion Management, Retail Management, Consumer Science (Clothing/Textiles), Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields with a clothing/fashion retail focus.
Recent graduates under the age of 35 years
Not have participated in a SETA programme
