About the position
Our client, a leading private healthcare provider in Rustenburg, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to coordinate and deliver clinical training programmes aligned with SANC education standards and hospital objectives.
Requirements:
- Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse/Midwife
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Post-basic qualification in Nursing Education registered with SANC
- 2-3 years' experience in a clinical training or education role
- Strong understanding of SANC requirements and nursing education legislation
- Excellent facilitation, assessment, and presentation skills
- Computer literacy essential
- Ability to mentor and develop clinical staff effectively
