Introduction:
Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse (Registered Nurse) with proven experience in ICU and High Care settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred, holistic nursing care in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

This role is ideal for a professional who upholds high clinical standards, applies evidence-based nursing practices, and is passionate about delivering quality care to patients and their families. A full job description will be provided to shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, individualised nursing care.
• Coordinate patient care within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Apply professional nursing theories and processes in practice.
• Ensure ethical and quality clinical standards are upheld.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
• Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• Proven experience in ICU and/or High Care environments. (2-3 years experience)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain standards in line with accredited healthcare bodies and relevant legislation.
