Clinical Nurse Facilitator (Registered Nurse)

A leading healthcare staffing organisation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Nursing Education experience to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Facilitator.
This role focuses on training, orientating and supporting temporary nursing staff placed in private hospitals, while ensuring high clinical standards and strong relationships with hospital management.
The successful candidate will work closely with hospital Unit Managers and Nursing Management, providing guidance, clinical oversight and ongoing support to agency nurses.
Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate training, orientation and induction of temporary nursing staff
• Support and guide agency nurses working in private hospital environments
• Conduct hospital visits and engage with Unit Managers to identify training and support needs
• Monitor clinical standards, conduct and professional performance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to staff training and compliance
• Attend relevant clinical meetings and engage at the clinical interface
• Assist with maintaining the nursing staff database and compliance records
• Promote ongoing professional development and best clinical practice

 
Minimum Requirements
? Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse and Midwife
? Diploma or Degree in Nursing Education
? Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience
? Minimum 2 years Private Hospital experience
? ICU experience advantageous
? Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
? Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Strong communication and relationship-building skills
