About the position
Our client is seeking a dedicated Clinical Facilitator to support the ongoing development and competency of nursing staff. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who enjoys education, mentorship, and promoting clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate clinical education and staff development programmes.
- Conduct competency assessments and identify training needs.
- Support the orientation and induction of nursing personnel.
- Provide clinical mentorship and guidance to staff.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practices.
- Assist with quality assurance and clinical governance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current SANC registration.
- Nursing Education qualification advantageous.
- Previous clinical facilitation, education, or training experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
