About the position

  • We have a vacancy for a Clinical Facilitator or CF Assistant
  • Based in Century City Cape Town
  • The incumbent will facilitate training, orientation, induction and registration of temp Nursing staff for various Private Hospital clients


  • Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse and Midwife
  • Have a diploma or degree in Nursing Education 
  • Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience
  • A minimum of 2 years Private Hospital work experience
  • ICU experience 
  • Intermediate computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Email)
  • drivers license and own transport essential
  • Comprehensive clinical nursing experience and clinical credibility
  • Capacity to plan and organise schedules and to maintain standards in work team, monitoring conduct and performance
  • Developing and maintaining sound relationships with the clients
  • Engaging with Nurse Managers and Unit Managers, to identify staff training requirements and assist with proactive solutions
  • Attending appropriate meetings at the clinical interface, monitoring trends and record keeping,
  • Assisting with the upkeep of the data base
  • On going personal development ensuring that knowledge and skills are current to the clinical environment
  • Experience in performance management and the disciplinary process and understanding of Basic Conditions of Employment Act
