About the position
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Facilitator to guide and develop nursing staff in the East Rand. This role focuses on implementing training programmes, supporting continuous professional growth, and ensuring alignment with clinical best practice standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Post Basic or additional qualification in Nursing Education
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Clinical Facilitator
- SANC registration
- Strong mentoring, teaching, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and implement educational programmes and evaluate outcomes
