About the position
An established healthcare facility in Pretoria North is seeking a Clinical Facilitator to support the training and development of nursing professionals within the ICU. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of clinical competence and education are maintained.
Requirements:
- SANC Registered Professional Nurse
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Post-basic qualification in ICU Nursing
- Qualification in Nursing Education essential
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in ICU or as a Clinical Facilitator advantageous
- Strong communication, mentoring, and teaching skills
- Computer literacy essential
- Ability to assess, support, and guide nurses in clinical practice
