- Registered Nurse with ICU training (as per SANC registration)
- Relevant nursing qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for nursing education and supporting clinical staff
- Ability to conduct training workshops and quality assessments
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
