About the position
Clinical Facilitator - Charisma (East London)Charisma is recruiting a Clinical Facilitator to drive clinical training excellence and ensure high standards of patient care within our healthcare environment in East London.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver clinical training, workshops, and in-service education
- Mentor staff, student nurses, and new employees to strengthen clinical competence
- Translate nursing theory into effective clinical practice
- Perform clinical assessments, skills audits, and mark case studies
- Manage and maintain accurate clinical records and compliance documentation
- Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification as a Professional Nurse with current SANC registration
- Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing
- Extensive nursing experience, preferably with a clinical specialty such as ICU
- Assessor and Moderator certification (advantageous, not essential)
