Clinical Case Manager

About the position

A case management opportunity is available in Klerksdorp, calling for a candidate with both strong clinical understanding and the ability to manage coding, utilisation processes and patient-care coordination with accuracy and structure.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• ICD-10 and CPT Coding training/certification
• Nursing experience (ICU background preferred)
• SANC registered
• Previous Case Management experience advantageous
• Strong understanding of funder rules, clinical terminology, and utilisation review
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to manage workflow and engage effectively with patients, clinicians, and medical schemes
