Role Overview:As a Clinical Analyst, you'll use your clinical expertise and analytical skills to deliver insightful reporting, consult with clients on medicine expenditure, and contribute to cutting-edge healthcare solutions. ?? What You'll Do: ?? Reporting & Data Analysis

• Analyse, clean, and visualise healthcare data using advanced Excel and BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense).
• Compile and validate client-specific reports on medicine use, benefits, and spend.
• Produce internal analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver ad hoc reports aligned with client [URL Removed] & Consultation
• Partner with internal teams to develop client-centric, data-backed recommendations.
• Conduct training on BI tools for clients and team members.
• Present findings and benefit design proposals aligned with clinical and financial goals.
• Offer clinical interpretation to enhance reporting and client deliverables.

Research & Development

• Support healthcare publication development through writing, editing, and analysis.
• Provide insights to healthcare committees for funding decision support.
• Engage in industry forums to remain at the forefront of clinical and legislative trends.
• Drive internal system improvements to enhance reporting [URL Removed]
• Provide operational support aligned with departmental and organisational needs

What You'll Need:

• BPharm and registration with the SA Pharmacy Council
• 3+ years' experience in healthcare, medical aid, or research environments
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense)
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
• Advantageous: Master's degree

• Confident in engaging clients and delivering complex information clearly
• Comfortable working independently or in a multidisciplinary team
