About the position
AdcorpBlu is on the lookout for an experienced Client success supervisor in the Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas.
Duties & personal requirements:
. client focus
. problem solving
. interpersonal skills
. adaptability
. high level computer literacy
. networking skills
.setting staff for daily shifts
.printing of payslips for staff
. at least 2 years supervisory or HR generalist experience
. TES experience preferred
. excellent understanding of trends and developments within labour market,TES industry,applicable labour legislation and bargaining councils
.attend daily meetings
.own vehicle advantageous
Educational requirements:
. Grade 12/Diploma in HR & Labour relations
