Location: Bedfordview (Cyrildene), Gauteng

Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant Studies / Certificates
• 5 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

• Send out Promo to Clients
• Do Courtesy Calls
• Log Complaints and Queries with Technical Team and ensure they are resolved
• Provide administrative support and assistance to all clients
• Audit all client active accounts.
• Develop liaison with technical and collection department to provide required information and acquire necessary documents.
• Provide feedback and management reports to management.
• Recommend implementation of enhanced processes.
• Plan and schedule monthly meetings with clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction through follow up on solving client issues and problems.
• Initiate measures to research and resolve client raised issues.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and implement value added services.
• Compile and Maintain Publication Material for clientele
• Sales to existing clients on all products
• Customer Surveys to understand market trends and requirements
• Attend / organize customer conferences
• Maintain accurate customer Databases and CRM information
• Marketing and Maintenance on Social Media Accounts and Events as well as Company Website
