About the position
Introduction
Our client, a leading supplier of food, meat and other products in the catering supply and hospitality industries in Johannesburg, wants to appoint a Client Liaison Officer who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Alerting sales team opportunities for further sales within key client.
- Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
- Attending client relationships target and KPI's set by the Commercial Director.
- Working closely with sales representatives.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by client.
- Carrying out client satisfaction and surveys and reviews.
- Updating management and ensuring sales representatives are aware of changes within clients.
- Passing leads to the sales team and following up with progress.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Relevant marketing experience of one year.
- Marketing qualifications will be advantage
- Driver's license essential
Package & Remuneration
R20 000 to R25 000 ctc per month
