Client Relationship Manager

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer care and - management is required
• Prior knowledge of the NGO-landscape would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
• Client Onboarding:
• Provide the client with onboarding documentation, including contracts, service agreements, and any necessary forms
• Clearly outline terms and conditions, as well as expectations regarding deliverables and timelines
• Offer training sessions or educational resources to familiarize the client with your products/services
• Provide guidance on how to utilize your offerings effectively to achieve their desired outcomes
• Client Coaching: building trust and rapport, clarifying goals, assessing the current situation, identifying obstacles, and developing actionable plans
• Client Support
• Collaboration with Various Departments
