About the position
Client Relationship Controller
Area: Roodepoort, Gauteng
Salary: R20 000 - R22 000 (depending on experience); Medical Aid; Provident Fund; 13th Cheque; Performance Bonus
Purpose of the position: We are looking for an individual who has a personality to deal with clients. The focus of the roll will be client relations and scheduling, so they need to be a people's person but have the attention to detail and able to organise and coordinate.
Duties:
- Daily planning and scheduling of maintenance and new installations
- Route Planning
- Management of ticketing platform
- Client communication and confirmation of schedule
- Assisting with client quotes
- Client meetings
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant diploma will be advantageous
- 2 years relevant experience
- Client service experience essential
- Attention to detail
