Key Responsibilities
- Consult telephonically with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and capabilities.
- Provide strategic advice on a variety of health-related products, including Medical Aid, Health Insurance, and GAP Cover.
- Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify opportunities and recommend suitable solutions.
- Respond promptly to client queries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure superior service delivery.
- Drive sales performance by achieving set targets and building a sustainable client base.
- Maintain full compliance with FAIS, FSCA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Matric / equivalent qualification essential.
- FAIS-compliant based on your Date of First Appointment (DOFA).
- FSCA-approved qualification (as per the FSCA’s list of recognised qualifications).
- Valid RE5 certificate.
- Must already meet the above qualifications OR have completed RE5 and be actively pursuing an FSCA-approved qualification (within the 6-year allowance from DOFA).
