Client Relations Manager
Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
Salary: R35,000 basic (based on experience) plus benefits

Are you a people-first leader with a passion for client service and team motivation? We're looking for an energetic and experienced Client Relations Manager to lead a team of six Client Relations Coordinators in a dynamic, high-paced work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of 6 Client Relations Coordinators
• Oversee daily operations on online platforms and ticketing systems
• Manage and coordinate project schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor and guide the handling of job cards and service tickets
• Conduct regular client meetings (weekly and monthly)
• Proactively resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Optimise resource usage and operational efficiency

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years' experience in a customer/client-facing role
• 3+ years' managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong background in client service and coordination
• Experience in a Contact Centre environment (advantageous)
• Exposure to project management (beneficial)
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and stay calm under pressure
