In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full registration process for both individual and corporate clients, providing comprehensive support throughout onboarding and ongoing client engagement. The position requires responding to various client queries, assisting with the introduction of new functionalities, and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements, with a particular focus on the FICA Act to help mitigate financial risk.
