Client Engagement Adviser

Role Purpose


The Client Engagement Adviser will provide high-quality products and services to clients while achieving targets relating to service quality, productivity and client satisfaction within a call centre environment.



Key Responsibilities

• 
  Accurately capture and maintain client information on the relevant systems.
• 
  Process and resolve client requests within agreed turnaround times, quality standards and applicable legislation.
• 
  Complete administrative tasks accurately and within required deadlines.
• 
  Engage with clients in a professional, customer-centric manner.
• 
  Ensure client requests are completed accurately and follow up on outstanding queries.
• 
  Provide effective, efficient and professional service through telephone and written correspondence.
• 
  Ensure service level agreements are consistently met and exceeded.
• 
  Manage time effectively and maintain agreed productivity levels.
• 
  Handle client queries and complaints professionally while ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  Grade 12 / Matric.
• 
  NQF Level 4 qualification in Short-Term Insurance.
• 
  RE5 Regulatory Examination advantageous.
• 
  5-7 years' customer service experience, preferably within the Short-Term Insurance industry.
• 
  Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
• 
  Basic ability to understand and communicate in Afrikaans.
