About the position

Employ Africa are seeking motivated and enthusiastic administrative candidates to contribute to the growth and development of our Business Sales Department.

 

Job Duties:

  1. Compile all client information onto spreadsheet accurately and efficiently.
  2. Capture project information onto spreadsheet with attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Ensure that all contact details for clients and projects are correct and up to date.
  4. Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, manage, and analyze data effectively.
  5. Research client projects and identify new potential clients as required.
  6. Gather comprehensive details including project location, scale, owner, stakeholders, contract duration, and key dates.
  7. Compile contact information for relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.
  8. Maintain a systematic approach to data collation and ensure data integrity throughout the process.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to enhance data collation strategies and processes.
