About the position
? Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Provincial Heads to structure and assess loan applications
? Conduct financial modelling, analysis, and deal structuring
? Evaluate credit submissions with a focus on business viability, development impact, and risk mitigation
? Drive transformation in agriculture through strategic client support and proactive portfolio management
? Support internal governance and compliance standards
?? What You'll Bring:
- NQF Level 5 qualification (e.g., BTech in Credit/Risk Management or similar)
- 3-5 years' experience in credit analysis or financial services lending
- Strong background in client relationship and risk assessment
- A passion for agriculture and development banking
