Client Availability Leader

About the position

The required activities are:


 

1. All reported incidents and service requests must be monitored and measured for reporting purposes by the supplier(s) support/help desk function.


2. The support levels should be measured and reported on from the time the incident was first reported.


3. The use of Service Management processes and tools, aligned to ITIL, to manage Incidents, Problems, Change and Release management.


4. The resources providing the stipulated services are expected to adhere to and provide input and initiatives e.g.: Change management, audit process, DR tests, scheduled maintenance, standby support, involvement in projects and operational tasks, working with 3rd parties.

1. Contract duration:  5 years


2. Start Date: 1-Nov-2025


3. End Date: 31-Oct-2030


4. Working model / Travel required: Both onsite service and travel will be required between the customer locations as provided:

• Centurion


• Pretoria North 


• Midrand


• Pretoria
