About the position
DBN000211 – Client and Growth Lead – Remote
Purpose of the Job:
To grow client relationships, drive business development, and ensure exceptional client experiences while supporting company growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client-facing commercial role (e.g., account management, business development, or similar)
- Familiar with AI, SaaS, or other technology platforms
- Experience working with commercial contracts and agreements
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Managing client relationships
- Identifying and securing opportunities within existing accounts
- Leading business development efforts, including outreach, proposal creation, and negotiations
- Representing the company in meetings
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements
- Contributing to partnership strategies and driving revenue growth initiatives
- Developing and improving internal processes
