We are seeking a skilled Claims Manager to oversee our Commercial Claims and Personal Lines Claims departments. As the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient processing of claims, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of claims professionals. The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications such as RE 5, Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance, and FETC in Short Term Insurance NQF 4. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and review commercial and personal lines claims
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Lead and motivate a team of claims handlers
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
