Claims Administrator - Insurance

Kloof -Well established and professional Financial Services Provider in the Upper highway area is seeking a claims administrator to join their team
The company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Short-Term Claims Administrator. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for processing claims, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage claims according to established policies and procedures
• Verify and validate information on claims forms and supporting documents
• Communicate with clients, assessors and third-party providers to gather additional information as needed
• Update claim status and maintain accurate records in the system
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Authorize repairs and replacements in conjunction with claim requirements
• Work on both Personal and Commercial claims

Minimum Requirements (Non Negotiable):

• NQ4 Short Term Insurance
• Class of Business in Personal & Commercial Lines
• FAIS Compliant
• RE5
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Own Vehicle
• 5 Years minimum Experience in the Short-Terms Claims administrator position

Salary : R25 000
