Civil Modeller/Designer

About the position

A sizeable consulting firm is seeking a Civil modeller/designer. The firm values a diverse workforce and actively supports the growth and development of its employees' careers through technical, professional, and ethical development, as well as exposure to the full engineering process.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:

• 10 years of experience in modelling/designing.
• Modelling of bulk earthworks, roads and pipe networks in Civil 3D for complicated sites with steep slopes and space constraints.
• Draughting of civil engineering designs.

Qualifications:

• BTech in Civils Engineering.

Abilities, skills and responsibilities:

• Must be able work independently within a larger group.
• Motivated, problem solving, ambitious and positive individual.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Provide necessary assistance to team members.
• Plan reproductions.
• Issuing and filing of plans.
