Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oil and Gas Project Management Engineering and a strong background in EPC phases (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), with an emphasis on Construction Management.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of oil and gas projects.
  • Support project execution through all EPC phases (engineering, material procurement, and construction management).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise to support construction teams and resolve on-site challenges.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and project progress updates.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas projects.
  • Experience in Project Management, Engineering, and Construction Management.
  • Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Advanced technical skills and a solid grasp of construction methodologies.
  • Excellent soft skills, including leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Well-presented and professional demeanour.
