Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior to Intermediate Civil Design Draughtsman to join our team in Stellenbosch. This role is focused on the design and detailing of municipal services for residential schemes, with responsibilities spanning 2D drafting, structural layout generation, and earthworks modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• 2D design and detailing of municipal services for residential developments
• Earthworks modelling and balanced design using Model Maker
• Extraction of long sections and technical drawings
• Copy draughting and structural layout generation based on architectural plans
• Support the Senior Technologist and team in delivering high-quality design documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Caddie and Model Maker software
• Experience in civil infrastructure projects, particularly residential schemes
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• QBE (Qualified by Experience) candidates are welcome; formal qualifications not required
• Eagerness to grow, learn, and adapt in a collaborative environment

Team Structure
The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Technologist and work alongside a [URL Removed] another technologist, and two undergraduates in training.
