CIB Project Manager

About the position

• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using standard methodologies.


• Own project scope, team performance, resources, and overall project success.


• Support strategic planning and ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring delivery within constraints.


• Track project progress, manage resources, and provide administrative and reporting support.


• Assist in developing project plans, business strategies, and workshop facilitation for execution planning.


• Conduct market and competitor research to inform decision-making.


• Analyse and prioritise information to identify trends and provide insights.


• Gather and present data to support stakeholder decisions and business cases.


• Follow project phases and contribute to solution development and issue resolution.


• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and communication across teams.


• Support risk and budget management, quality assurance, and process improvement.


• Maintain compliance with organisational policies and promote project management best practices.


• Engage in continuous learning to enhance project support capabilities.

 


Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree / PM Certificates
