About the position
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using standard methodologies.
- Own project scope, team performance, resources, and overall project success.
- Support strategic planning and ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring delivery within constraints.
- Track project progress, manage resources, and provide administrative and reporting support.
- Assist in developing project plans, business strategies, and workshop facilitation for execution planning.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform decision-making.
- Analyse and prioritize information to identify trends and provide insights.
- Gather and present data to support stakeholder decisions and business cases.
- Follow project phases and contribute to solution development and issue resolution.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and communication across teams.
- Support risk and budget management, quality assurance, and process improvement.
- Maintain compliance with organisational policies and promote project management best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance project support capabilities.
