About the position

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations, development, and admin teams with a strong leadership focus.
• Own product strategy and ensure delivery meets local & international standards.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing developer teams.
• Drive Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring efficient workflows and quality outputs.
• Manage national and remote teams effectively.
• Deliver projects for both local and international markets.
• Travel nationally as required to support operations and projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CTO or in a senior leadership role within a software/tech company.
• Strong background in software engineering & product ownership.
• Experience in transport projects highly advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery methods.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Hands-on involvement in international projects.
