About the position
Role Summary
We are looking for a senior, hands-on CTO with deep expertise in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence to define and execute the company's technology vision. The role focuses on building secure-by-default, AI-driven, scalable architectures and creating a long-term technical moat.
Key Responsibilities
Technology & Architecture
- Own end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and execution
- Design scalable, cloud-native, microservices-based platforms
- Drive availability, performance, and cost optimization
Cybersecurity Leadership (Core Responsibility)
- Act as Chief Security Architect
- Design and implement:
- Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
- Defense-in-Depth
- Secure API & Microservices Architecture
- Identity-centric Security (IAM, RBAC, OAuth2, OIDC)
- Cloud Security Architecture (CSPM, CNAPP)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, OWASP, GDPR / DPDP
- Lead threat modeling, incident response, penetration testing, and audits
AI / ML Strategy & Architecture
- Define and lead the AI & ML vision
- Architect:
- End-to-End ML Pipelines
- LLM-based systems (RAG, fine-tuning, agents)
- Model serving and inference at scale
- MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, rollback)
- Ensure secure and responsible AI (privacy, bias, explainability, AI security)
Engineering & Leadership
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Enforce strong SDLC, coding standards, and security-first culture
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Leadership
Must-Have Qualifications
- 15+ years in software engineering & system architecture
- Prior experience as CTO / VP Engineering / Principal Architect
- Strong, hands-on cybersecurity background
- Production-grade AI/ML deployment experience
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud, and DevOps
