About the position
PURPOSE OF THE JOB KPA's Responsible for the effective functioning of the Risk, Ethics, compliance, legal and combined assurance function. Compliance, Ethics and Legal activities within TCTA.
and that risk is managed across the business on an integrated and ongoing basis.
Overall accountability and responsibility for the implementation of Legal, Compliance, Ethics and Risk Management responsibility within the organisation.
- Chair the Risk Forum to ensure identification of critical risks across TCTA to ensure appropriate action is taken at line level. Report to EXCO on the activities of the Risk Forum.
- Develop reports and appraise the relevant Board Committees on the status of the risks, ethics, compliance, legal and combined assurance within TCTA.
FOR THE JOB (2025 FRAMEWORK )
Honours
Honours (NQF 8) degree in Business Science
(Economics/Auditing/Accounting), Business Management
or Law, or an equivalent
ADVANTAGOUS QUILIFICATION Masters degree in relevant field such as Business
Science (Economics/Auditing/Accounting) Business
Management/Administration or Law.
Executive Development Programme
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

5 years senior management experience (external

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE Experience as an Chief Risk Officer
Experience in water sector and/or mega water
infrastructure development.
Experience in mergers.
