Purpose of the job:
To play a key role in the business's execution and sales strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification – Diploma or Degree – Essential
- A proven history of operating roles where the individual was directly responsible for:
- Execution
- Leading winning teams
- Customer responsibility in some form
- Growing businesses
- Managing complex systems or processes
Technical Competencies and responsibilities
- Directly in charge of overseeing the main business operations, such as customer service, customer experience, IT, projects, marketing, service providers, and agents.
- Developing and putting into place scalable procedures and systems to support the company’s ongoing, quick expansion.
- Working in a close-knit management team to promote a successful work culture, customer happiness, and business performance.

Steve Colenbrander is a B.Com (University of Natal) graduate and founded Colenbrander Incorporated which has grown into a sizeable and well respected Pietermaritzburg accounting firm with clients situated all over KZN.
