Must have a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Must have a Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency.
Must have 10-12 years of experience in opencast mining, with extensive expertise in drilling and blasting operations.
Must have leadership in managing large-scale mining projects.
Must have strong knowledge of mining legislation, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
Must have excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
