About the position

Location: Randburg
Reports to: CEO
Type: Full-time, On-site position (Mon-Fri)
AA/EE requirements: No requirements
Salary: Above market related salary

Client : A prestigious luxury retail brand

Role : The Head of HR will have a central role in cultivating a strong organisational culture while ensuring that talent strategies are closely aligned with the brand's vision and future expansion. We are in search of a seasoned leader who can foster a high-performance environment through impactful employee engagement, comprehensive learning and development frameworks, and forward-thinking change management strategies.

Essential Qualifications and Experience (please do not apply if you do not have all of these)

  • Min Bachelor's Honours degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a smaller, entrepreneurial company in luxury retail
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.

Proven track record in the following seven areas :
